This is the Poon Choi I mentioned just now - all the expensive seafood such as Abalone, Goose Palm, Sea Cucumber, Fish Maw, Dried Oysters, Big Prawn, Pork, Scallop, Mushroom.......and off course including my lovely brocolli.
This is Chinese Style of steam rice in Lotus Leave.
A crispy dessert - black sesame with bread.
