Dinner at Golden Claypot Restaurant, Chai Leng Park

Golden Claypot is a good choice for lunch or dinner if you are looking for some quick authentic Chinese Cuisine in Butterworth.

We have celebrating our dad's birthday in this restuarant on last friday.  It is a very impressive restaurant.  They have a group of well trained workers who are very polite and kind to their customers.  I like the way they serve their customers.

This is Red Bean Paste with Black Sesame DongYun.  I like this dessert very much.  It is not too sweet ....

CNY 3rd Day - Western Cuisine Spaghetti

LaiYee has prepared a good western cuisine serving in CNY 3rd Day. You can see she has added vary sources into her spaghetti - Prawn, Muchroom, Carrot, Chicken, Meat, Tomato, Capsicum.... It is really taste good with it's natural sheet and sour source.

BTW - what is Spaghetti? See below in case you want to know on the Spaghetti history :
Spaghetti is a long, thin, cylindrical pasta of Italian origin. Spaghetti is made of semolina or flour and water. Italian dried spaghetti is made from durum wheat semolina, but outside of Italy it may be made with other kinds of flour. Traditionally, most spaghetti was 50 cm (20 in) long, but shorter lengths gained in popularity during the latter half of the 20th century and now spaghetti is most commonly available in 25–30 cm (10–12 in) lengths. A variety of pasta dishes are based on it, from spaghetti alla Carbonara or garlic and oil to a spaghetti with tomato sauce, meat and other sauces.

Spaghetti is the plural form of the Italian word spaghetto, which is a diminutive of spago, meaning "thin string" or "twine."

CNY 2nd Day - Simple Dinner

Normally - most of Chinese will try to finish the balance dishes whereby they are not able finishing it last two days. In the CNY 2nd day, we are trying very hard to "consume" all the old inventory such as tomyam soup, curry chicken, black souce fried chicken....

However, Lai Yee has added one new dish today - it is a good taste of brocolli flower vegi.

My mom also try to use up all her balance raw materials to built this "last stock vegi".

This is my mom BLACK ONION EGG. Not looking good....but it is really delicious!
