Dutch Fort in Pangkor Island do reminding us that British, Portugal, Dutch....have colonized for quite some years in Malaysia.  However - Malaysia finally can be independent in year of 1957. 

One of the left over by Dutch Colonize......see below building :

We can we do with this old cannon?  Can we still using cannon to protect a country dignity?

I believe the answer is NOT.  We should depend on ECONOMY + KNOWLEDGE to make a country stay with higher dignity.

I love the landscape here.

Our next stop - FuLing Kung (Another Chinese Temple in Pangkor Island).
This is a very grand and big temple in Pangkor Island.  What do you expect here?
Haa...you even can see a CHINA GREAT WALL in this temple.

This is a LION STATUE who taking care for this temple.

What is this?  A place for local citizen to BURN the "money" for god.  Chinese believe we are burning something (Gold or Silver)...it will turning into REAL GOAL or SILVER in heaven.  Do you believe that?

We went to a very old and legacy Chinese temple in Pangkor -LIN JE KONG.
A place whereby local people pray to the Kuan Yin (Chinese Lady God).

The entrace door of the temple look very cute....like we are visiting to DISNEYLAND!

Kuan Yin is a lady god whereby always taking of people.  She will protect us from all the bad influences.

If we can see Small Dragon Lady (小龙女)in Chinese Novel 神雕侠侣 who slept on a tiny rope.  Now...you can see Handsome ES sleep on a fatty cord.

Visit Perak 2012 - Pangkor Island Trip 1

This is the terminal Jetty for Pangkor Island in LUMUT.  We need to buy the ferry ticket.

All the visitors can review the PANGKOR ISLAND MAP in the front entrace gate in the jetty.

The ferry we took - consisted of 2 floor level.  Even I sat in the downstar level....but I tool an opportunity going up and snap few nice photo.

Yes...we do rent a car in Pangkor Free and Easy Tour.  What car is that?  Haa...PROTON SAGA....Very old car.  It cost us RM70 per day.

Visit Perak 2012 - Pasir Panjang + Setiawan

In order to support "Cuti-Cuti Malaysia" activity; we have planned a domestic tour to Perak (Pangkor and Ipoh) in last Hari Raya Haji festival (Muslim Great Day) in October 2012.

The first stop - We went to Pasir Panjang, Segari.  A place whereby we can see how Malaysia Government have paid great investment to protect and to take care of "TURTLES". 

I believe all of us LOVE Turtles.  We need to take care the Turtle's Future.  One of the action we should do right now - STOP USING PLASTIC BEG.  Each year, we have seen thousand of Turtles being killed in ocean by wrongly eating the plastic beg in the sea/ocean (Note:  Turtles assuming the plasctic beg is one kind of Jelly Fish.  Turtles will die if they are eating any plastic beg.)
